M.J. Loheed is an award winning producer, director and editor with over 30 years of experience working in television and film. A drama and film major at Vassar College ‘92 he began his career in post-production at New Line Cinema working on a huge variety of films like Austin Powers, Boogie Nights, and Seven. Seeing the growing boom in unscripted television he pivoted to work on a huge variety of shows– from dating-comedies and variety competitions to food, history, and technology. From 2007-2015 he was the supervising editor of Authentic Entertainment working on many series for networks including: Bravo, Food, Discovery, TLC, HGTB, WeTV, A&E, Lifetime, Travel, History, Esquire, GSN, Sundance and Oxygen on hit series like Ace Of Cakes, Food Truck Nation, Auction Kings, Knife Fight, and Vegas Cakes.
In 2020 he launched Modern Myth TV with Andrea Stockert with their first series Bake Or Break starring Michelin star pastry chef and Food Network star Stephanie Boswell.
He is represented by Cameron Kadison of Mortar Media Los Angeles and Buchwald.
